The Hirn House is located minutes from several state and national parks, including Paint Creek Lake, Rocky Fork Lake, Pike Lake, and Hopewell Culture National Parks. The land is rich in history, once home to the Hopewell and Shawnee.
The house was built in the 50's by the Hirn family, with all the wood paneling and pegged floors cut from timber on the farm. The furnishings reflect this era, with the majority of pieces original to the home.
