Payments and Reservations
-Reservations are recommended.
-Full payment is requested two weeks prior to check in (except for those coming to town due to a death, illness or other unexpected circumstance).
-$110 per night up to 2 guests
-$120 per night 3-4 guests
-$130 per night 5-6 guests

Cancellation and Refund Policy
-Cancellation up to 14 days = full refund.
-Cancellation less than 14 days = half refund.
